What if I want to pay in a currency other than U.S. dollars?
If you pay with a credit card, your card will be charged with your national currency even though the entire transaction at our commerce site is denominated in U.S. dollars. This inability to see what you’re actually paying is a shortcoming of most online payment systems in the United States – and a good example of what you shouldn’t do at your site.
Is this a secure site?
Yes. The secure site payment system is managed by a secure shopping cart and tied to a payment gateway that requires a browser with 128-bit encryption.
What is your refund policy for workshops?
You can get a full refund up until three weeks before the workshop. Up to two weeks before the workshop we can refund all but our actual pre-payments to the hotel or conference venue for the room, meal and coffee service, and other elements of their cost structure. That usually amounts to about US$200, but depends on the location of the workshop. If you cancel any later than two weeks before the workshop, we will apply your payment to a future workshop less the venue charges for the one you cannot attend.
What is your refund policy for research reports?
If you are unsure about subscribing to our research, ask to “audition” a report and for a list of upcoming research. We will provide an extract from a report so that you can see what we cover, how our methodology works, and what you can expect from our reports. However, once you have subscribed and accessed our library of research, we will be unable to provide any refund.
Can I give copies of this research to other people in my company?
Common Sense Advisory believes that the more people in your company are informed about the industry, the more professional your company will become. We encourage you to share the contents of our reports with all your staff. Please make sure, however, that you have the appropriate number of licenses for your company.
